How do I request a lower rate? Article #1050


The answer to your question is...
Your rates are reviewed on a regular basis and may be lowered according to your account history. The basis used for determining eligibility for lower rates includes processing history, returns, billing payment, and Customer Service usage.

If we find that you have been a high-producing, good customer, your account will be automatically adjusted, and we will advise you of the new rates.

If you feel you meet the criteria listed above and would like to discuss obtaining a lower processing rate, please contact us at 877-888-2439.
