What does "Minimum Billing Check Conversions" mean? Article #1007


The answer to your question is...
E-Chex charges an overriding $0.50 minimum fee on most checks. Checks that have been electronically converted, but when multiplied by the Discount Rate do not equal the $0.50 minimum fee, are charged this amount.
